These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NURLUNE Jewelry website and your purchase of any products from us. By browsing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
NURLUNE Jewelry is a brand operated by AIMI JEWELRY FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED, a company registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to place an order. By ordering you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the payment method used belongs to you or that you have authorisation to use it.
Our jewellery is fashion jewellery made from gold-plated alloy or brass, unless a product page states otherwise. It is not solid gold, gold-filled, or precious metal, and it is not sold as an investment or as a store of value.
Plating is a surface finish. With regular wear, contact with perfume, cosmetics, chlorine, perspiration or household chemicals, the finish will fade over time. This is normal wear and is not a manufacturing defect.
Some pieces contain nickel or other base metals. If you have sensitive skin or a known metal allergy, please consider this before purchasing.
Product photography is taken under studio lighting. Colour, tone and scale may appear different on your screen, and dimensions may vary slightly between pieces because many of our designs are finished by hand.
We make every effort to describe our products accurately. We do not warrant that descriptions, images or other content are complete, current or error-free.
All prices are listed in US dollars and exclude any import duties or taxes that may be levied by your local customs authority.
We may change prices, promotions and product availability at any time without notice. Products are offered subject to availability and we may limit quantities.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or system error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. A contract is formed only when we dispatch the goods.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including where we suspect fraud, where a payment cannot be verified, where a delivery address appears invalid, or where quantities indicate resale rather than personal use.
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details. You warrant that all payment information you supply is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method.
Delivery destinations, timelines, costs and lost-parcel procedures are set out in our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you provide.

All content on this site, including text, product descriptions, photography, graphics, logos and the NURLUNE Jewelry name, is owned by us or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of it commercially without our prior written consent.
If you submit a review, photograph or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display it in connection with our business, including in marketing. You confirm that the content is your own and does not infringe any third-party rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, to interfere with the operation of the site, to scrape or harvest data by automated means, or to resell our products as authentic precious-metal jewellery.
Our site may link to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.
Our services and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data or goodwill.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AIMI JEWELRY FOREIGN TRADE LIMITED, its officers, employees and agents from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The courts of Hong Kong shall have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law provides that right.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted on this page, and the "last updated" date will be amended. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
