What is it made of?

Our sets are made from gold-plated alloy, with selected pieces in solid brass. Some designs are set with clear crystals. This is fashion jewellery â it is not solid gold or precious metal, and we never describe it as such.

Will the gold colour fade?

Plating is a surface finish, so with regular wear it will soften over time. You can slow this down a lot: put your jewellery on last — after perfume, hairspray and lotion — wipe it with a soft dry cloth after wearing, and store it dry and away from air. Treated this way, the finish stays rich far longer.

What's included in a set?

It depends on the set. A 2-piece set is a necklace and a pair of earrings. A 3-piece set adds a ring, and a 4-piece set adds both a bracelet and a ring. The exact contents are listed on every product page.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Canada. For any other destination, email us before placing your order.

How long will my order take?

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, then Standard Shipping takes 10–18 business days and Expedited takes 7–12 business days. All orders are dispatched from Hong Kong. During Ramadan, Eid and other peak gifting periods, please allow extra time — we recommend ordering at least three weeks ahead.

Will I have to pay customs duties?

Orders to the UK, Australia and Canada may attract import duties or taxes set by your own customs authority. These are the buyer's responsibility and are collected by the carrier on delivery. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.

Can I return my order?

Yes — you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, complete, and in their original packaging. Because earrings are a hygiene item, they must still have the hygiene seal intact and unbroken.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the outer box and the affected piece, and we'll replace or refund it. Every order ships fully insured at no extra cost to you.

Can I change my address or cancel?

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best. Once the parcel is with the carrier we can no longer change the address.
